Cambridge Aqua Park

Client: Hannam's Leisure

Project Overview

Development of a high-traffic seasonal website for Cambridge Aqua Park, an outdoor inflatable water park attracting large numbers of visitors during peak summer months.

The platform was designed to promote the attraction while integrating an online booking system capable of handling high volumes of bookings during short seasonal operating periods.

Challenge

As a seasonal attraction, Cambridge Aqua Park relies heavily on efficient online bookings during peak months. The website needed to clearly communicate the experience while ensuring visitors could quickly find availability and secure tickets.

The platform also needed to balance promotional content with operational clarity, providing important visitor information such as session times, safety guidance and booking requirements in an easy-to-understand format.

Approach

A structured promotional website was developed to showcase the attraction while guiding visitors smoothly through the booking journey.

The platform was integrated with the Roller booking system, allowing session availability and ticket purchases to be managed through a reliable ticketing platform. Content was organised to highlight the experience while keeping practical information clearly accessible, helping visitors plan their visit and complete bookings with minimal friction.

Outcome

The resulting platform supports Cambridge Aqua Park’s seasonal operations by combining engaging promotional content with a streamlined booking experience.

By making session availability and ticket purchases easy to access, the website helps maximise bookings during peak periods while simplifying the visitor journey from discovery through to reservation.
