Project Overview
Development of a campaign microsite supporting Role of a Lifetime, a national initiative launched by ITV in partnership with the Royal Voluntary Service to encourage volunteering across the UK as part of ITV’s 70th anniversary celebrations.
Challenge
The campaign needed a clear and accessible digital platform capable of communicating the scale and urgency of the volunteering shortfall while inspiring audiences to take action. The site needed to present the initiative’s purpose, highlight the importance of volunteering, and guide visitors towards opportunities to get involved.
Approach
A focused WordPress microsite was developed to present the campaign’s message in a clear and engaging format. The platform was structured to explain the initiative, highlight the impact volunteers can have on communities, and direct visitors towards relevant volunteering opportunities.
Outcome
The resulting platform provided a central hub for the Role of a Lifetime campaign, supporting ITV and the Royal Voluntary Service in their efforts to inspire audiences across the UK to get involved in volunteering and help address the growing demand for community support.
